Mike contacted me regarding my needs, and was there the next morning to evaluate. I hired him immediately because of his attentiveness and what he offered. We are expecting over a foot of snow in the next day and he texted me last night to confirm that he would be there to take care of me! Very much appreciate him touching base before the big storm.
