- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer reaches out. We will connect, talk about scope of the project . Then we will decided on date/time. I then will travel to the client. Only a percentage is needed upfront the rest is at the time of appointment .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am throughly trained in the laws of MA and surrounded states.
