Heather & her cleaning partner were prompt , cheerful & did a great job cleaning our newly purchased house before the movers came . We highly recommend them !

Heather is a very warm friendly person. She is always on time and does an excellent job cleaning. Heather always asks if there is anything else she can do while she is here. I was so pleasantly surprised today, after she cleaned the house she left a Christmas card for my family and I. I am so happy I found Precision Home Care!

I am a person who regularly reads reviews when trying to decide on a purchase or hiring for a service, so I purposely waited until Heather had come a couple of times to write a review for her. She shows up on time or even a little earlier than she promises, and is very efficient. She is very pleasant and professional, expecting feedback and encouraging you to not be afraid to let her know if she missed something or if you would like something done differently. Heather pays attention to the details which make the difference between a good house cleaner and a great one. The cobwebs are found and cleared, the lid of the garbage can is cleaned, the toaster oven and microwave are done... She lifts things up and moves them to clean under thoroughly instead of just going around. She put the chairs up on the table to get the floor shiny, and has even offered to do laundry. I have used a few house cleaners in the area over the past couple of years, and Heather is by far the best of them. I would highly recommend her services, and will happily repost if this opinion changes in the future.

Heather was super quick responding to my post and letting me know that her company could meet a variety of our needs. Her husband, Jim arrived EARLY (a rarity these days). He was knowledgable, thorough, and well spoken. The quotes he gave us for power washing, landscaping, & lawn care were reasonable and after viewing the results thus far, we are MORE THAN PLEASED with both his work ethic and the results we've seen. The exterior of the house looks phenomenal! It's hard to believe that he was able to accomplish this goal in such a short period of time. You can certainly tell that he knows what he's doing. The over grown landscaping was attend to with care and precision as was the lawn. We are looking forward to having Jim complete more protects for us (painting, hardwood restoration, installation of baseboard trim to name a few ) and having Heather perform a "deep cleaning" of the house which I'm sure will leave it sparkling! Hiring this Precision Home Care was one of the best decisions we've made.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process of working with a new customer is to meet at the homeowner's convenience and give an estimate of the work requested. We are also able to do estimates and work the same day if all is agreeable between both parties.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs that we provide for our clients are property maintenance jobs. These clients depend upon Precision Home Care to take care of everything from weekly cleanings, fall gutter maintenance, to fixing a door falling of it's hinges. Effective communication is an important part of our relationship with the long distance client. We utilize emails, phone calls and texts to make sure everyone is kept up to speed. These customers feel secure with the knowledge that even though their main residence is out of town, their Berkshire property is in able hands.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A recent project that we are very proud of was a complete refresh of a 168 year old house which sold after only 18 days on the market! The project took a few months to complete and consisted of interior painting, window repair,new bathroom floors and much more.
