Ron is extremely knowledgeable & experienced, took his time to examine our project, & did a thorough inspection before explaining in full detail what was needed. At no time did I feel pressured and he took ample time to answer all my questions and more. Everything he planned went like clockwork, (the weather cooperated), dumpster came when he said it would, he and his crew showed up when he said he would and they worked very hard throughout each day to complete the project. He made our makeshift "garage" roof look like it was seamlessly done with our "house" roof. They were even very mindful not to hurt my growing flowers/plants in the area and their clean up was meticulous. We are very pleased and feel we got our money's worth due to the quality work. Prior to putting our home on the market, we needed quite a bit of fix-it work and interior painting in all 11 rooms in our 163-year-old house in Pittsfield. From the moment Jim stepped through the front door, we were impressed not only with his professionalism, but with his taking the time to explain exactly how he would go about each fix-it project. The quote came and was more than fair for the amount of work involved. Jim was thorough and meticulous in the execution of each project and was flexible and accommodating when many of the projects uncovered more work that needed to be done or when we added additional projects. He never lost his sense of humor and he never gave up on us. In one month, he totally transformed our home from tired and worn to fresh and beautiful. He did such an amazing job, that the house sold in just 18 days. Jim's work ethic is remarkable, especially for the Berkshires. We can't think of anyone else we've worked with over the years who would not have abandoned the project at some point along the way. He really pulled through for us when three days before the first open house, he uncovered a soaking wet, rotted sub-floor in one of our bathrooms. He put his head down, worked round the clock to fix it, and installed beautiful new flooring. We are so incredibly grateful to Jim (and Heather, too, who made the house sparkle -- and miraculously got rid of a stubborn bathtub rust ring that had been there for years!) Our experience with Charlie Rinaldi for our home inspection was wonderful! Being an Engineer, his expertise put us at ease while buying a 93 year old REO house. We've bought 7 houses over the years and have never had such a thorough knowledgeable inspectior! He spent over 3 hours going over and explaining every inch of the house and addressed our concerns with the foundation, roof, plumbing and partially updated electrical. Charlie's electrical background was extremely helpful. Charlie is not a nit-picker. He doesn't exaggerate minor issues to validate inspection report as many other home inspectors do. Charlie explained the necessary immediate repairs , and the minor repairs that would be needed in the future. *Weeks after our inspection, we had an issue with mortgage underwriter who'd seen an appraisal picture and was adding last minute contingencies to our loan . We reached out to Charlie Rinaldi requesting his help. He was a true professional and went the extra mile, writing a letter to clarify the non-existent issue. Dan Martin completed the following work for my home: new roof and gutters, new front porch, installed new front door and windows and completely remodeled 2 bathrooms including tiling the floors, tiling walk-in shower with glass door and tiling tub surround. The bathrooms were original job and he did such a great job, we had and will continue to have him do more work. Dan is meticulous with all his work, very accommodating and the results have been fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend him for any interior or exterior home repairs. And he is very pleasant to everyone!

He is well organized, knowledgeable, skilled and pleasant to deal with; runs a tight ship and supervises the job. Infinite is available through the entire process to answer any questions or concerns you may have. The time frame was met and the property cleaned up. Price was good. The guys came in for an estimate and gave me an awesome deal I thought especially since it would be so much more expensive in NYC, where I just moved from. I needed to repaint a 2000 square foot house and put new floors in as well. The work was done in about 2 weeks. They kept me updated so I knew when exactly I could expect to move in. No surprises or hidden costs. Even though they gave me great ideas as to colors and the different kinds of flooring, My wife and I had full control over the operation. I’m definitely going to have them back to add on a deck in the back and do some landscaping. My neighbors have already asked who I had do the work and I’ve recommended them wholeheartedly!
