What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always give discounts to seniors and Veterans.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our plumbers are licensed and formally trained. We have continuing education hours completed annually as well as additional manufacturer training we attend for new products. Additionally, Steven is close to finishing his MBA from UMass Boston.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ensure that all your contractors are talking. Communication is so important when doing big projects or small projects. My crew works quickly, but you may also get held up in the inspectional process for your town. Make sure you plan ahead and have reasonable deadlines. Give yourself at least 33% more time than the best case scenario to account so you budget your time correctly!
