Consultation/Estimate. Once the estimate is approved by the customer, an official contract is made. Contracts are usually made up of 3-4 payments (depending on total cost of project). A deposit is due at the signing of the contract which pays for most the materials needed for your job. The remaining balance is split in half or in thirds. The remaining payments will be due once I deem the progress of the project is at least up to its respective percentage of requested payment. Once the first check clears, materials are ordered. If there’s no material that needs to be ordered then projects usually start around a month after the contract is signed. Contact me with any comments, questions, or concerns.
