yes for a new install or a replacement but for service it's more of a flat hourly rate plus parta

that would be to introduce myself answer any questions they have about me. then from there try to find out how I can help them and what there needs are

I've gone to trade school for hvac and continue to take any classes I can on new products and equipment to stay a head of the game
