Natasha’s 10 week whole body balance course was truly life changing. I’ve tried nutrition coaching before and Natasha’s is by far the best health and wellness coach I’ve ever had. I've been taking Broga classes with Tim since the beginning of the year, and his classes have become a part of my week that I look forward to. He has a very calm demeanor and and explains the poses very well for newcomers. I'm not a morning person at all, but I'd get up early to take his morning class. I recommend Tim very highly whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years.

I enjoyed my private session with Rachel very much. She was great at guiding me through all the poses while making gentle adjustments when needed. She was patient and thorough. Very sweet and enthusiastic! It is quite obvious that she has passion for teaching yoga and I highly recommend her whether you are brand new ( like me) or are just looking for a refresher.

ShantiLoft Studio for yoga and reiki is a wonderful place to leave the outside world behind. Robin provides excellent guidance through Hatha yoga poses and meditation. I have participated in yoga classes on and off for 25 years and believe yoga to be an excellent gateway to the mind, body and spirit connection however; having a sensational teacher is key. Robin does a wonderful job and keeps me coming back for more each week. I have also experienced a very restorative reiki session at ShantiLoft. If you are considering yoga or reiki, try ShantiLoft, you will love it!

Cheryl is an exceptional teacher who loves what she does. Her classes are always interesting, varied, and paced so students get results. I have had many yoga teachers. By far, Cheryl is the best trainer and educator I have had. She takes the time to explain what the breath and forms do for the body and why we should do them not just how. She is attentive to the wide range of strengths and challenges of each student and protects us from ourselves, reminding us not to push for 100% of each pose. When I started with Cheryl two years ago, I had a very bad back and very tight muscles. My strength, flexibility, and balance are vastly improved. I am very loyal to her classes because they are the reason for my improved well-being.

I have been practicing yoga with Megan Bradshaw for several years. What I like most about Megan is she listens to my concerns and knows my past injuries, so well it's as if they were her own. Megan has given me solid advice for managing my hip injury, a torn ligament in my wrist and hyperextension in my elbows and knees. Megan has also made herself available to me for nutrition advice. She even helped me discover my sensitivity to legumes! I highly recommend Megan for any yoga or nutrition advice.
