Michelle's customized approach to health & fitness is incredible. She is exceptional at really understanding your current situation, understanding your goals and then developing the right customized approach to get you there. Michelle's understanding and experience with anatomy and physiology means she's excellent at knowing how/when to push you vs. something that's not aligned with previous injuries, etc. And her varied background in strength training, conditioning, yoga, and nutrition make her a complete package.

I have been practicing yoga under Caitlin's guidance for almost a year now. I feel as though she has helped me advance my practice not only by explaining postures and their health benefits, but also by incorporating the mental aspects of yoga, ensuring a deep understanding of how the mind is intimately connected to the condition of the physical body. Caitlin has come to my home to lead small private sessions, where she coached me in restorative practices such as self-massage and provided an informative session on the Chakras. I have also had the opportunity to participate in one of Caitlin's weekend yoga retreats, where we combined yoga, interpretive movement, art and writing to set goals for the new year and improve mindfulness, which I truly feel had an incredible influence on my ability to reset my mind and body, and stay focused on my goals and intentions. Her bright spirit and the joy she always seems to find in listening to and helping others is contagious. Highest recommendations!

After several years of looking for different counselors to help our son , my husband and I decided to give Mindfulness a try . He has been diagnosed with ADHD and Anxiety but we didn’t want to resort to medication , so we called Sally . She came into our home for private , 1:1 sessions with our son , because that worked best for our busy schedule . From the first time we met , Sally was pleasant and kind and portrayed a sense of calm . She helped my son build a strong foundation with Mindfulness and he uses the techniques and strategies that he has learned in everyday life, especially as he transitioned to Middle school . We were so pleased with the results and her practice that we decided to sign up our daughter for classes as well . However, she participated in group sessions at the local YMCA with other kids in the community . She loved going and really benefitted from learning the basics . Although she does not have a diagnosis or any struggles in school, we know that as she becomes a young woman she will absolutely be able to use these techniques in any area of her life and build upon them through Sally’s help. Not only was Sally a great teacher and role model for our kids , she continues to keep in touch and frequently send emails and updates for future community events and classes . I also had the pleasure of taking yoga classes with her , which I had recently gotten into after finding out more about the work Sally does and changing our family values to promote positive and healthy relationships . We are so happy to have met her and we now practice Mindfullness as a family !

I've been taking Broga classes with Tim since the beginning of the year, and his classes have become a part of my week that I look forward to. He has a very calm demeanor and and explains the poses very well for newcomers. I'm not a morning person at all, but I'd get up early to take his morning class. I recommend Tim very highly whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years.

I have been having lessons with Kathryn for about a month now and I greatly enjoy the experience. I went into it not knowing anything about Yoga, and my knowledge has grown a lot. I thought I would only want one or two private lessons and then occasional lessons, but I look forward to them every single week now! I have been challenged in such a rewarding way and have increased my knowledge in the basic foundation of yoga! Totally recommend!

I enjoyed my private session with Rachel very much. She was great at guiding me through all the poses while making gentle adjustments when needed. She was patient and thorough. Very sweet and enthusiastic! It is quite obvious that she has passion for teaching yoga and I highly recommend her whether you are brand new ( like me) or are just looking for a refresher.

Working with Mihaela has been transformative. I recently asked her to give my team private yoga instruction as a way to reward great work, and also increase well-being and productivity. She has given us all of that and more. We all feel an incredible change in our bodies, and minds thanks to her coaching. She not only gives us a great full body work out, but she helps us to deal with stresses and anxieties in life and in the workplace. We love working with Mihaela and would recommend her highly to everyone we know, and especially those interested in private yoga classes!

About

Yoga to the Tenth is a revolutionary practice of one-on-one, private, partner-assisted yoga for maximizing fitness capability and well-being, with particular emphasis on fixing musculoskeletal conditions that cause chronic pain. With a targeted series of yoga stretches, Linda's sessions directly identify and impact the prime causes in the body that create pain and specific chronic conditions such as: • Sciatica • Muscle spasms • Lower/upper back pain • Thoracic outlet syndrome • Neck pain • TMJ • Carpal tunnel and more Most clients experience immediate relief from pain and can, over the course of 4-6 sessions and depending on the severity of the underlying condition, fundamentally change the way their body works and prevent the problem from reoccurring. Partner-assisted yoga is also recommended for people who want to improve their sport performance, general level of physicality, and live with greater flexibility and well-being. Linda intensively studied resistance stretching with renowned health and fitness innovator, Bob Cooley, author of the book The Genius of Flexibility. Bob Cooley is also known for his fitness training work with Olympic gold medalists, Dara Torres, Charles Austin and Eric Flaim. Sessions are specially designed to each individual's goals and needs.

About

I love to teach yoga to people who have some health issues, and by daily practicing what I teach, they can achieve improvement in health and eliminate some diseases.

About

My classes focus on working to be present, both emotionally and physically. My classes are influenced by traditional hatha practice that incorporates invitational language and options for modifications and personal choice. Through an intentionally and thoughtfully sequenced class, I work to guide students to link body and breath to clear the mind while elongating, strengthening, and opening the physical body. One of my favorite parts about teaching is to help students as their practice evolves. There is always room to take a pose to the next level or to take a step back and explore the foundation of a pose. I hope to create an environment that offers support, safety, and an invitation to create self-compassion. I teach hatha, vinyasa, yin, restoratives, and therapeutics for all levels.
