Under budget, ahead of schedule, and better than I envisioned. Kevin met with me to discuss my laundry room and bathroom renovation and remained in continual communication with me throughout this process. His contracting team are among the best I’ve ever experienced and have a keen eye for even the smallest details.

We had a great experience with Kevin and Kai. Kai came to help us vent our bathroom out of a new addition we had just completed. He was able to complete this project in the same week I had connected with Kevin. I would hire them back!

We had to rent our home and there were so many things that had to be fixed. New windows, refinishing floor, paint, fix holes etc. They did all of it and the house looks amazing! Kevin and his team are my go to guys and I plan to hire them every time!

As we were updating our bathroom tile, we noticed that one of our beams had been cut when they installed a bathtub from the previous owner. Leap was able to help the same week, so my project could keep moving, and even moved the water lines for me and hooked them back up. Will definitely use them again!

Hot water stopped working in one of our gym studios. Helped take care of it pretty quickly once parts arrived and reasonably priced.
