We saw a house we were interested in putting an offer on and needed to have a pre-inspection done on very short notice (less than 24 hours). I found Billy and sent him a message. He responded very promptly and was able to accommodate us that same day. He arrived on time to meet us at the house and from our first interactions we knew we were in good hands. Billy was very professional,friendly, and down to earth. He started with the outside of the house then worked his way through all 3 floors of the home while going over every small detail. He took his time to explain everything in a way that was very easy for us, as first time home buyers, to understand. He also had no problem answering the many questions that we had. Billy arrived right on time. He did a thorough - 2.5 hour assessment of the property and identified several small issues that required attention. After the inspection, he took time to show me all of the issues he found and then walked me through the operation of all of the heating and cooling systems and showed me the location of all of the incoming services and where the shutoff valves / switches were. He then followed up within 8 hours of the inspection with a detailed written report, including photos. Billy was very professional and has a friendly demeanor but did not waste any time while on the job. He said he normally needed 3 hours, but I asked him to expedite a bit due to my schedule and he was able to finish in 2 1/2 hours. I have already recommended him to another friend looking to purchase a home.
