If you're looking for an intense workout to keep yourself healthy and in good shape, but you're not motivated to do it yourself I highly recommend Kyie Tatum. I have been working out with Kyie for the past year and he does nothing but push me and encourage me to get in great shape. Kyie helps you with your diet, shows you how to lift properly, and how to stay healthy. Not only does Kyie sit on the side lines motivating you to have a great workout, but he jumps in and works out with you as well. Not only is the training great, but also it's a great price and you get more then what you pay for. Again I highly recommend anyone who wants to get in the best shape of their lives and needs some help doing it to take a trip down to New England Fitness Compound and give Kyie a visit.
I'm 28 & I've never never been able to swim. However thanks to Michelle, after just 3 lessons I was able to jump off a 10 ft cliff! Michelle is very cool & makes learning how to swim enjoyable. I'm constantly surprising myself with the progress I make during each lesson. Looking forward to many more!
Johnny is an excellent trainer. He definitely knows what he's doing. Instead of regular trainers that usually get you to buy useless supplements that only work for them, Johnny's knowledge with dieting and supplements that you need for your body goal is outstanding. Also, he always is checking up to see how your doing with your workouts and is always available for questions, and he just overall really knows what he's talking about. I will definitely recommend Johnny to a friend.
I became acquainted with Dana just over one year ago. We became fast, and furious friends when we realized we shared the same passion for both good health and exercise ! Immediately, I was impressed with not only her physique but her seemingly extensive knowledge in the field of personal training. With theses new approaches and mentality, I started looking forward to the gym once again. My muscles have become bigger, more defined, and my strength, both physically and mentally, stronger. I was looking for a personal trainer who could come to my home (or a nearby gym) and who could help me train despite various back/neck/knee problems. I have tried other trainers (and have had a few good experiences), but most of the time I find that trainers cannot be flexible and focus on my specific issues rather than general ones. Ricardo is very patient, looks happy, and is energetic, thus giving me the energy to do things I don't always want to do.

Stephanie is friendly, prepared and knows how to push to get results. I'm a bit fragile and came to training with her with various aches and pains. She did well to work around them and keep me on track. Highly recommend if you're looking to jump start a workout routine and like to mix it up. She's not afraid to try something new. Personal training. Dave does different things to mix up working out to keep it interesting. Challenges to do more, but within reason. Always feel like a I get a great workout when I work out with him. He does everything that I do.

I had been looking for something to jump start my weekly workouts and keep me motivated. That's when I was fortunate to meet Walter! Yay for me! I signed up for 2 sessions to see how I would like working with a trainer but at the end of the first session I had decided twice a week workouts with Walter is what I had been looking for. I started training with Jay in May 2014, what I thought would be a one month jump start has lasted a year and half. Jay is attentive to what each client needs, what their limits are, and how far he can push them. Having had a serious reconstructive surgery on my hip I needed to have a trainer who would not only listen to my needs but not be afraid to talk to another professional when we needed to work around my limitations.
