Lan was very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. He drove about an hour to come to my house, arrived right on time, and provided an estimate at same day. He brought samples and carried very high-quality solid wood flooring brands, which made the selection process much easier. In the end, we went with another company because I needed a team that could help move a lot of furniture. Even so, I really appreciated Lan’s understanding and professionalism. He was very polite, patient, and respectful when I explained why I could not hire him this time. I would still highly recommend him based on my experience.

We had such a great experience with Lan and his team! He was an excellent communicator - reached out as soon as I inquired, followed up with estimates quickly and sent me updates throughout the entire project. He also gave a fair price and was able to start the project within a few days. We were so thrilled with the result of the floors! They came out beautiful - better than we expected.
