- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Day of Coordination & Planning depends on how little or how much service you are looking for. We do have packages with flate rate pricing but are open to customize something so you can get only the services you are looking for. With FLORAL DESIGN we always prefer you make an apppointment with us to go to the flower warehouse to have a look at flowers and pick what you would like to have, then we draft up a formal proposal that has all of the specifics with pricing. Since we are a boutique florist, we are able to offer better pricing then the regular floral retailer and we are the only florist in the Boston area that will take the time to bring you to the warehouse and let you shop for exactly what you want!! No book from our past jobs to choose from here!! Your wedding is unique from everyone else and we treat you that way!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We recommend you have a look at our photos of past jobs we have done and reviews from our amazing couples. Then we like to schedule a complimentary consultation to get to know one another and make sure it's the right fit for both of us. From there I would send over a Letter of Agreement with a request for a $100 depost to hold your date. Then the fun begins! No matter which service you book with us you will always have unlimited email, phone call and text access to us for any questions or advice you may need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have worked in some of the top catering & florist companies in the Boston area as employees and have decided to take what we have learned from them... take out all the procedures we didn't like,,, and form our own business and gear it towards the individual. Every wedding and event is different and special. We don't just "process" our clients,,, we take the time to learn what is most important to YOU!
