Introduction: Thorough | Meticulous | Dependable Detail and prep .. can't emphasize both enough! After viewing your project, I will provide you a detailed quote with a 'not to exceed amount'. Beginning day one, I will email you a daily spreadsheet documenting expenses, hours worked and tasks completed -- tracking progress towards the quoted cost. Should I complete your project under bid (which I do 96% of the time) I will prorate the difference at the hourly rate quoted. In the end .. exceeding your expectations and seeing you happy is my delight! I budget and work in and on your home as though it were my own.

Scott was absolutely amazing from the first time I met with him through the end of the project. He provided me with daily timesheets and a list of tasks that he accomplished each day so that I was aware of where he was at with the project. He even helped out with a few odds and ends around the house and touched up a few areas that I (a novice) painted in other rooms of my home. As an added bonus....he came in under budget which was a nice surprise! As a new home owner, it has been very overwhelming choosing the right individuals to support me in getting the house looking it’s best but I can say, without hesitation, that Scott has completely transformed my outdated cabinets and made my kitchen a space that I now love. I will definitely be hiring him for future work!

Scott painted the interior of our home, including several doors, stair railing, and kitchen cabinets. He was very professional and extremely detailed and careful to make sure every finish was perfect. He was wonderful to work with. Great communication, responsible, and punctual. Scott from Precision Painting was excellent! He painted the front door, two bathrooms, the kitchen, dining area, living room, one bedroom and an office/library. We did clean up most of the areas first, which helped the project go faster. The work was careful, precise and beautiful. He stages an area in the home and worked from there during the project. Not only is the painting job perfect, but he is neat, clean, quiet and remarkably self-contained and courteous. He loves to listen to podcasts, so gets the areas staged and then plugs in his earbuds and paints away while listening to stories. We did not hesitate to leave Scott in the house alone. He is 100% reliable and responsible. And, he LOVES DOGS!! We have one bathroom undergoing renovations and once that is ready to be painted, Scott will be back. HIRE HIM! I consider your work (and money spent) as though it were my own -- maximizing value while minimizing labor (the largest factor of any project).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Benjamin Moore certified and have earned the Angie's List Super Service Award for 2015, 2016, 2017 -- “The Super Service Award is the highest honor given to Angie's List companies who have achieved and maintained a superior service rating throughout the past year. Angie's List members look for Super Service Award winners knowing less than 5% of Angie’s List service companies meet the eligibility requirements and even fewer actually receive the award”. I converted to Thumbtack in 2019 and already have six (5 star) ratings!
