I Hired Paul yo come service my HVAC system in my home , he answered right away and gave me excellent customer service. Paul was very professional and honest, He fixed the issue right away and told me exactly what to do to keep further issues from occurring. Would highly recommend Paul to anyone and I would definitely hire him for any job I need to have done in the future . Also the price was more then reasonable !!

Fabs mechanical was great! He responded fast and was very professional, he fixed my furnace in no time and the price was very reasonable, Paul was very nice and explained the problem to me clearly, I will definitely be using him for problems or any maintenance with my heating in the future! Would definitely recommend!

I contacted Paul and he was incredibly responsive on Thumbtack. I was able to make an appointment with him just a few days in advance. He arrived early in the morning, followed COVID protocols as promised and did maintenance on my two heaters in just over an hour. He did a great job and was very efficient. I explained what he did to me and showed me the internal parts of the heater where he cleaned. When he left, my heaters worked much more efficiently. There was a noticable effect on the decrease in time it took to start and to warm up to house to the set temperature. For working on two heaters he gave me a discount which was also very nice. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the work and will definitely call him back for my HVAC and Heater needs. 5/5 stars for Quality, professionalism, responsiveness and valve.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are $200 for a service call then $150 for any hour after that, for maintenance the prices vary and if you have more then 1 system I can definitely work out some package pricing
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Try and make the best impression and be respectful, and same as any other customer fix whatever issue they are having and go above and beyond for there request
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 years from my high school in the trade and 2 years of night school for electrical code and refrigeration
