- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are $200 for a service call then $150 for any hour after that, for maintenance the prices vary and if you have more then 1 system I can definitely work out some package pricing
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Try and make the best impression and be respectful, and same as any other customer fix whatever issue they are having and go above and beyond for there request
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 years from my high school in the trade and 2 years of night school for electrical code and refrigeration
