I recently hired a handyman named Jay Hun, and he was amazing. His assistant was great as well. They did an excellent job completing the tasks. They insulated the ceiling, painted the walls, fixed up the staircase, sanded and painted it, and also painted my floor. Big thanks to them! Everything was perfect. Your handyman came by himself in dress attire! No ladder no helper! He said he read what I needed but then complained it was a 2 man job! Duh! A 12 ft tree indeed needs two people! My son in law, thankfully was here to help! He fluffed the top 1/2 of the trees branches but did not do bottom half! He spent 35 mins on the job and charged me $150!
