Ed showed up on time and didn't great job with installing our whole house water filter. He added some useful features that I hadn't thought to ask for, such as a convenient way to drain the unit. He worked efficiently and produced a great project.

Ed came on time for the appointment and he spent time to analysis the situation of the problem. He is honest and told me up front the cost of the job and how it is to be done. Ed is extremely knowledgeable, professional and also punctual... I had several plumbing issues when Ed arrived. He was able to assess, and promptly locate the source of my leak. He was locate the bypass switch for coneected water heaters when several others told me there wasn't one, which avoided a very dangerous situation. I really appreciated his patience when it came time to explain what was happening. He also was extremely personable and smiles which one can appreciate accompanying stellar performance. A gem of a pro to have found on thumbtack. I will be calling him for planned renovation and future work should I need it.
