I hired Silvana to clean out my basement at my store. She did a thorough job organizing product, breaking down cardboard boxes and sweeping. It's like a brand-new storage space for my goods. Also, on a separate occasion, I hired Silvana to help me re-merchandise my storefront windows. Silvana arrived on time. She gathered the spring and Easter product that I wanted to feature in the window. Organized it and created a fun window that seamlessly incorporated products from most of the departments within my store. When she was finished, Silvana put away unused product. As a bonus, she swept and cleaned the inside of my windows as she worked. Thank you Silvana for your help!

Silvana is thorough, organized and creative! She works efficiently and diligently, while taking the time to understand what her clients want. She has a commitment to excellence. I hired Silvana to help me prepare for home renovations on short notice as my original project snowballed into more extensive renovations. She jumped right in and helped me organize a game plan for packing, storing and purging! Initially we worked along side each other while I determined what I was ready to purge. If I was struggling with any particular decision she was matter-of-fact but respectful in helping me let go. I made several donations to worthy charities who picked up, but Silvana also delivered several boxes to a local charity when the delay in having them picked up was going to be too lengthy a wait, and she wanted the clutter out of my way. This was above and beyond, and not technically paid time. Once that was done, I trusted her completely to come to my home independently while I was at work. She packed, marked boxes clearly, and stored them in the spots we had earlier designated. In the past, she's assisted with design ideas and hanging curtains. She used items I already owned and simply re-arranged them in my home to create a different look. When my renovations are complete, I plan to utilize her services again to help me unpack and arrange furniture differently, as well as possibly painting an antique buffet to revitalize it!

the apartment was empty, so i was expecting every surface of the apartment to be cleaned. at first, it looked great, but after inspecting further, noticed that there were a lot of missed surfaces and the blinds were not dusted. It was average, and I'm sure her staging/decorating/organizing is much better, but cleaning doesn't seem to be her strongest suit.

Hourly rate of $50 depending on the project size I work it out with client so that everyone is satisfied!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's simple you talk about their project and what "they" are looking for. Almost like an interview but in a fun way!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've managed a family business, I have always had a passion for all types of design. I have my associates degree in interior design. Throughout all my projects I've always been the one organizing and completing it all.
