Lou is fun, friendly, caring, and fair. He loves his job and is not just a personal trainer but a nutritionist which is super helpful. Even with one 1 hour workout a week with him I see results, which is hard to believe but true! He is helping me gain muscle. I love that he is conscious of the type of supplements he recommends and he is an advocate of natural eating, unlike many trainers out there who recommend terrible harsh products. He is encouraging, reasonable, and pushes me to the right extant, and is careful to avoid injury. Lou fosters healthy body image.. He asked what my goals are and is quick to respond to emails, texts and other communication. He has a flexible schedule and will work with the client's busy schedule to schedule sessions. He is a good guy... I certainly recommend him to anyone.
Ross Hardaway has been my personal trainer for the past three months. I meet with him for two 45 minute sessions per week and I have definitely met my goals of becoming stronger and more fit overall. I had previously worked with 2 other personal trainers and I have been extremely happy with Ross. In addition to pushing me to a higher level of fitness, Ross's workouts are fun and interesting. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

I had several personal trainers before, and Slava is the best! I am looking forward to every workout and after a few weeks noted a steady increase in my stamina and fitness. I appreciate that Slava works with my complicated schedule and comes to my location in Cambridge. The workouts always have the same structure, but the exercises change based on my fitness level. Each time the workout is just challenging enough, and never overpowering. Slava is very professional and does not chat away precious exercise time like some of my other trainers have in the past. He also gently encourages me to eat healthier, but just because we had discussed that as one of my goals in the beginning. I recommend Slava without any hesitation!

As a yoga teacher, I am passionate about the whole person's health and well-being. Through private instruction, I guide clients to reduce stress and promote healthier choices to create a more balanced way of living. The clients are the real drivers of lifestyle change. My role is to teach and to support them in the process. Private sessions may include yoga poses, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and meditation. My training includes 200 hours in hatha yoga, 300 hours in yoga therapy and several courses with the Benson Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital.
