Bill and his crew did a major remodel to a 200 year old rental property. He acted as General Contractor for a complex project that included foundation work, major electrical upgrades, new siding and gutters, gutting and reconfiguring the interior, installing two new bathrooms and two new kitchens, as well as cutting a new door and adding an upper deck with stairs. Bill was dedicated, conscientious, provided high quality work, and was flexible and easy to work with. The transformation of the property was remarkable.Dec 22, 2018Lynch Construction's reply
