I help resolve conflicts between teenagers and parents, marital discord and career decisions. people will benefit from my telephonic coaching and online coaching and counseling as well as in office if local. My books, television shows and speaking engagements also help engage those I work with and boost their confidence in life, career and business. I love when someone says "you truly motivated and empowered me, I never thought ...." . I love it when parents and teens start to communicate and understand each other without conflict. I really love it when a teenager gets that AHA moment, I finally get it and decided to make the right choices for their career and life, when they pursue high school, college and work with joy and knowledge that they matter and they too have a lot to contribute..it is PRICELESS. when I speak in organizations I love it when employees can connect their personal and work lives and realize why they have been overly stressed and unproductive.
