John is an amazing trainer. I started with him about three months ago. He has motivated me and taught me new exercises. He has put in place a program that accounts for my needs and limitations. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?A 1 hour session is $80. Package deals can be given if the client isn't too far away from me where I reside in Salem Massachusetts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When I first meet a new client we sit down in person or over the phone and get to know one another. I talk to the client about his or her goals, exercise history, possible injuries, fitness related activities that they enjoy, etc. I explain the type of workouts that I provide and what I can do for them based on their goals and abilities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?*I am certified by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). *I have a black belt in Krav Maga. *I am a TRX qualified instructor. *I have 25 years of exercise experience (since I started working out at 16 years of age). *Worked with seniors on a 1 on 1 and group setting. *Worked with special needs clients.
