Introduction: Hi Lynne, My wife and I are both singers and DJs. During the winter we work out of Fort Myers, FL and cover all of Southwest Florida with our Oldies and Country Shows. As DJs and singers, we also cover all of the music you'd like and we'd be happy to play your requests. We provide entertainment from Cape Cod to Boston, MA during the spring, summer and fall. We are both retired "snowbirds," and we cover many of the artists from the 50’s through today that your group will enjoy. From Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Bobby Darin, Everly Brothers, Willie Nelson and Elvis through the music of the Beatles, the Eagles, and Jimmy Buffett, Bob Seger, Neil Diamond, as well as many, many more) we cover a tremendous amount of territory and cover some current artists as well. The Singing DJ’s customized the evening’s entertainment for our condominium party. They provided a wide range of music and kept a variety of entertainment throughout. It was a great night!

My experience with Ron Larrivee with Cape and Isles Entertainment was first-class all the way. I requested music from the 40s-50s, for my grandmother 85th birthday party. During dinner I would see her light-up with excitement and nod to Ron that he had played a special song. It was a wonderful night and Ron made it extra special. Very friendly, organized, and respectful. I would hire Ron again in a heartbeat and I would recommend his service to anyone. Thank you Ron!

Ron and Mary were absolutely outstanding. Very easy to deal with in setting up the engagement. Arrived in plenty of time to get set up and ready to go at the appointed time. Great music selection. Great voices. Great job engaging the audience. Many comments that they were the best entertainers we have had at our longstanding annual association BBQ. Would definitely use them again.

Ron provided our dance with exceptional attention to all our requests for a 55 + age dance. The equipment/sound system had good quality speakers for a full sound without breaking up. Ron was able to select music which kept the dance floor active and also to allow quiet moments. The wonderful surprise was his ad libs and singing with Mary - both great voices Thank you for a wonderful evening. I am still getting compliments on my choice of Cape and Isles Entertainment but the real compliment goes to Ron Larrivee of Cape and Isles Entertainment. Will be using them again and again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We'll try to work with you around prices. Please let us know if our price doesn't work for you; in that way, we can try to meet your needs so that you and your guests will be happy. As they say, nothing ventured, nothing gained!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work very closely with our customers; new or return customers all receive the same care and attention to detail. We love to have fun; and we always want our customers to be happy with our services but especially with their event. We are always available for face to face meetings as well as via mobile phone, texting and email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Doctorate in Education and worked in education for over 35 years as a school counselor and elementary school principal. I have good communication and problem solving skills and I'm easy to work with. I read everything I can find on the internet regarding entertainment for Singers, DJs and Karaoke providers.
