- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We'll try to work with you around prices. Please let us know if our price doesn't work for you; in that way, we can try to meet your needs so that you and your guests will be happy. As they say, nothing ventured, nothing gained!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work very closely with our customers; new or return customers all receive the same care and attention to detail. We love to have fun; and we always want our customers to be happy with our services but especially with their event. We are always available for face to face meetings as well as via mobile phone, texting and email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Doctorate in Education and worked in education for over 35 years as a school counselor and elementary school principal. I have good communication and problem solving skills and I'm easy to work with. I read everything I can find on the internet regarding entertainment for Singers, DJs and Karaoke providers.
