I want to know my customer's needs, expectations, and deadline upfront. I want him or her to tell me a little about his or her work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a senior-level administrative professional of more than 35 years. As such, proofreading, editing, and writing are second nature to me. Additionally, I am an author of six (6) books with publication dates, ranging from 2000 to 2020 - with more to come - and a ghostwriter of one (1) book to date. My proofreading/editing abilities include college level, seminary, public education, and business level.
