We hired Smart Siding to replace the aluminum dark green metal trim on our house, which included the frame of the house as well as multiple windows, with a gray trim that would match a recently added deck. They also replaced our green shutters with black ones. From what we'd been told by other contractors who gave us estimates, we knew that this was tedious work. Pablo Patrocinio and his crew arrived early each day and didn't stop working until it began to get dark. Knowing that they had a lengthy commute from where we live, this was very much appreciated. The work that was done was of good quality and they took effort to do small finishing touches that made for a professional result.

I did not hire Smart Siding Inc, but Fran was able to provide me with a lot of information during the quoting process. The quote was extremely competitive and I was extremely close to hiring them. Even though I did not end up choosing them, Fran discussed material choice and different avenues for mounting the siding. Great administrator overall and was able to get a quote the same day. Maybe next time :)
