I had a major flashing problem on my deck - turned out there was no flashing installed when the deck was built. When it rained, it leaked and flooded our ceilings. We tried a temporary fix, but as soon as water from ice build-up crept through into my walls/ceilings we needed someone with experience to come and help. Cliff was excellent with a phone call to discuss the issue at hand, give his input/ideas, and came on time to inspect it even further. He installed new flashing without needing to remove the entire deck. Added foam sealant to exposed areas on the ledger beam, and removed any wood that was rotted. It has snowed and rained since his repairs, and not a drop of water has affected our interiors. I would gladly work with him again on future projects and highly recommend him for repairs or remodeling. Thanks again Cliff!

We hired Cliff to replace our old rotten deck. We are thrilled with how it came out! His team does great work. They also show up on time, communicate when things change, respond to messages promptly, and address concerns as they come up. Those qualities are rare to find in a contractor, and so I can't recommend Cliff enough.

Cliff and his team rebuilt 2 porches ans stairs in our house. The porches and stairs are of high quality and look very good. Products, steps in the project, timing and pricing were clearly presented upfront and Cliff and team answered questions throughout the renovation. The team was very professional, punctual and left the yard clean. We highly recommend Wagner woodworking.
