I have my Construction Supervisors License and my Home Improvement Contractors License, which are all the necessary licenses to pursue construction and remodeling projects in the state of Massachusetts. The second thing to ensure from your contractor is that they have a good liability insurance policy, which I can also provide prior to signing any contracts.
