Introduction: I am a private guitar instructor, and the way I teach is very practical. I teach my students songs and genres of music that they like, and I teach the theory behind what they are learning. This helps them enjoy what they are learning and understand it at the same time.
I love teaching music because I love seeing my students grow in their passion of music, and grow to express themselves with their music. I meet all different types of people who love all different types of music, so it helps me to become more of a versatile musician.

My son has been taking guitar lessons with Khris Miller now for over a year. We have been very happy with Khris as a teacher. He makes learning fun which keeps our son interested. He encourages the kids to create their own music. Half the children at recital played their own compositions which I thought was
wonderful. He's an accomplished guitarist; he's not
only a good musician, but he's truly interested in
teaching. I think he's a great teacher for kids!
