We hired Too Handy, Tomas, to install a new Larson storm door He arrived as scheduled Wednesday but left after 45 minutes with a promise to return Friday to complete the install. He sent us a text confirming a 9:30 Friday appointment. He did not show up, he did not respond to our numerous text messages asking when we could expect him, if he would be returning Saturday or if we should find another contractor Unfortunately he never responded and we did hire another contractor using Thumb Tack. We spoke to the other company Saturday morning. By noon Saturday our door was professionally installed to our complete satisfaction. Tomas never called back or messaged us to explain why he would not / did not return as scheduled

Hi Peter and thanks for your feedback. First of all, Im really sorry for your unpleasant experience using my handyman service. Friday before our second appointment (on first appointment the package were missing some parts so we had to reschedule for Friday) I was doing my morning bike workout and got into accident, few bones were broken and had to stay in hospital all weekend. Also during the accident my phone crashed and I couldn’t use it to contact you, to let you know what’s going on. Sorry for all inconvenience this time and if in the future you will need any help, I would be more than happy to help you. Tomas
