Juleen did a wonderful job! I was not sure what I wanted done or even the color. She was very helpful and we ended up picking out two perfect colors for the two accent walls in my house. Always on time and straight to business! Will be having her back for future paintings. 😌

The Artist Touch did an incredible job! We have an old home with original horsehair plaster walls that have been beaten up over time. Our dining room had dark brown paint on the trim (including multiple doorways, shelving, and built-in hutch), and our living room had bright green walls. Juleen not only did the hard work of covering these difficult colors with lighter-color paint, but she ALSO used her artistic knowledge and experience to repair all cracks and neaten up the edges (including some spots in our hallway). Now our walls look practically new! Juleen completed the job in two days as scheduled, and was punctual, professional, and friendly. Juleen is now on our speed dial for all of our professional painting needs!

Joleen was amazing. I hired her to refinish a child's antique rocking chair which was covered in peeling red enamel paint as well as having spindles which needed to be reglued. As the work progressed it became clear that there were other coats of paint. Eventually we decided to take the chair back to the original wood which was a rather thankless task. However she became excited about restoring it to the original wood. She did a magnificent job. Even more than that she was genuinely enthusiastic to do the work.

Juleen is excellent. She refinished (sanded, treated and painted) a rattan table and chair set for me. She first came over to assess the set, let me pick out paint colors from her color wheel and then set a price. I delivered them to her studio and picked them up a week later. I love how they turned out! Recommend her for complicated projects like this for sure.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are different from renovation to art work to basic painting. I’m A bit more “high end” but if you want quality hire me! I always go above n beyond!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out their needs and personal style and tastes based on their surroundings. A sample of different versions of a faux finish or rendering for mural is done on all custom jobs. It is important to have the “meeting of the minds” before a project is started. A deposit is required for samples and to buy supplies as well as secure dates to work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in Fine Art Painting
