- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for my services is offered two ways. A la carte and package deals. It's simple, if you want to do one session, you'll pay a flat rate. If you want to commit to a package of sessions your rate per session will be less expensive, but you will have to pay for all of them upfront. Currently I only offer packages for Nutrition Counseling and Personal Training.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Growing up my parents were always stocking the house with 'diet' food (lean cuisines, skim milk etc). As a dancer committed to personal fitness, I was always pretty active, and I was interested in the best way to stay fueled and fit. I started reading a lot, taught myself how to cook, and when I was 18 I started working as a personal trainer. Soon after I went to school for Nutrition and received my RD (Registered Dietitian) license. And now the rest is history.
