Introduction: Whether you have received massages before, or you are having your first massage, a Kryia Therapeutic Massage is a wonderfully relaxing, comforting, balancing and healing experience. At the very least, you may become relaxed and open. Your body may feel freer and have more flexibility. You may also feel a sense of calm.
I am a massage therapist and healing practitioner with 17+ years of experience in the healing arts. My therapeutic massage sessions combine various modalities and techniques to assist in your relaxation, healing and well-being. In addition, I offer Reiki energy sessions that incorporate shamanic and crystal healing, as well as Reflexology for the hands and feet, using strategically placed finger pressure to help relieve tension and improve circulation. All modalities are performed to your level of comfort so that you can relax, release and let go as you are able.
My clients range in age from 5 to 99, and include treating people with frozen shoulder, low back pain, neck and shoulder issues, cancer patients/survivors, hip/knee replacements, as well as helping to relieve stress and stress-related issues and improve emotional well-being.

Shirley does a dance with your body and energy when she gives a massage. Her hands never leave you. She senses into what your body needs, delivering tremendous strength where needed and delicate manipulation in other places. I've never experienced any body worker with such range. See her now. Shirley is an attentive and talented masseuse. I've gone to her for a range of services, including work on specific problem areas (feet and legs), whole body massage, and energy work. She listens to what I tell her, and also uses her hands and experience to help me understand what I need.

The cost was higher than others and seemed like she had more experience but the massage was not good. It just felt like someone rolling their hands over the body for more than an hour. I would not be visiting again. I have had massages from other therapist for just 20 mins and felt much better.
