What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is comparable to other contractor, we have over 30 years in the remodeling trade and the knowledge of new products and ideas to make your project be one of a kind. We can price a job two ways.. Time and Materials or by the job. The more details about you project is very important for pricing. Always have a budget in mind but understand that an estimate could come in higher because of product prices and time needed to complete the project. We have the option for you to use a credit card for convenience.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Planning is important. Meeting with the client and understanding what they want and how to get to an finished project. Coming up with a schedule and time line for a completion date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Personally over 30 years of on the job experience. Continue education for the State of Massachusetts. Attending seminars from local lumber suppliers and the Central Mass Home Builders and Remodelers Association of new products.
