Ben was extremely helpful and very passionate about his job. He beat any other price quotes I got and even helped me with some other issues I didn't include to ask at first for free.
He helped me remotely but I have used him twice and had to drop off my laptop at the business to be worked on

Amazing deal I got! I got told by Lenovo on the phone my laptop couldn't be fixed but Bennett the tech fixed it In like 10 minutes .
I'm just happy I don't have to spend $800 dollars haha
