I am pleased to have found Tim of Eckercise using Thumbtack. I have been training with Tim for approximately 3 months. In that short period of time I have seen flattering results. Dennis is by far the most supportive and motivating coach out there! Not only does he push me past my limits, but he constantly reminds his clients how awesome they are and how much success they are achieving. I went to see June to talk about my digestive issues. Foods seemed to just sit in my stomach. June felt I was not digesting food properly. She discussed with me ways to improve my digestion through diet ( including eating fermented foods, re- populating the gut), supplementation and food combining ( what foods to eat together and when). June is very knowledgeable about food and how the digestive system works. I immediately saw results. She gave me the tools to not reach for over the counter products to relieve indigestion. She also suggested recipes. I recommend anyone needing help with digestive issues to contact June. Symptoms diminished and others were resolved through her suggestions. From talking to June I have a greater respect for food and the way it nourishes and heals if we listen to our bodies and take the time to eat in a calm unhurried manner. With all the information out there about what to eat for health, you can get confused as to what to eat. This can cause stress. June is like a encyclopedia of diet information and she is willing to research what she does not know.June also emphasized how much stress affects digestion. Real Health GPS LLC' Gigi Adduci is amazing... After my car accident 2 yrs ago and back problem as a result, I don't know what I would have done without her and her guidance... She helped me get rid of anger, anxiety from constant pain to allow healing.... We also used EFT to help relieve pain in my neck and back, I felt the difference within 5 min... I recommend giving her a shot and see for yourself! I feel like a new person... P.s. Service is reasonably pricesd as well... Which is always a plus for me.
Renee is the best! If you want a personal trainer that truly cares about your health and well being use Renee. She is a professional athlete, personal trainer, massage therapist and esthetician. You can tell that she loves what she does and truly enjoys helping people become the best they can be!
