Absolutely! I follow the industry news and tech innovations, participate in fitness events and constantly working on upgrading my certifications and improving my skills.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been training since I was 17 years old and fitness has always been my passion. I believe in a strong and healthy life style.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
There is a million of things a personal trainer does throughout the day. So, here are just a few to provide a basis of a life of a personal trainer: Provide initial assessment and consultation with new client. Assess movement patterns and muscle imbalances or weaknesses to create workout programs consistent with clients' goals. Create, implement, and follow through with personal fitness programs. Create group sessions. Each session usually consists of a 60-minute workout that includes a dynamic warm-up, high intensity training, weight lifting, stretching, and injury prevention. Provide nutrition and dietary advice.
