- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A call or email with some general knowledge and/or attachments. Then we meet in person and in some situations I can send you an estimate right away. In some instances where the projects are larger or more intricate I have a verbal understanding between me and the customer on budget after which then I help walk them through the design process selecting the right pieces according to there likening. We may or may not visit a kitchen and bath rep. Then I submitted all items selected with prices and sku # , a proposed scope of work and chart of calculated spending that we both have in hand at all times and is constantly updated..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
High school graduate. Somphmore credits in liberal arts. Close to 25years in the trades if you include summers as a kid. Osha 30, aerial lift certification. Silica certified,lead supervisor training certifies, gc unrestricted csl Liscense and home improvement Liscense.
