I hired Alan for process serving, he was really prompt and thorough. I needed papers served to a corporation, bu the address was not good, so Alan did research on all the possible alternative address/registered agent of the company without even being asked.Mar 17, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? All of our investigative services are based on an hourly bill rate of $150/hour. Consultations are always free. Professional investigators are paid as professionals, just like lawyers in the legal field. If you are being offered services in the range of $25 to $75 dollars per hour, be skeptical about the validity of these investigators and ask them specifically, "Who will be doing the work on my case?" Ask to meet these investigators and ask them about their licensing requirements. Most low-ball investigators are billing less because they have uneducated, hourly investigators working your cases. These are often younger college kids being paid a lower wage, working under the company's license. All of my investigators are licensed professionals who have their own investigative licenses and have experience in the field.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Develop an exceptional comfort level by building credibility, trust and a business relationship with the client. Provide straight talk, factual information and bottom line all details for the client so they know you mean what you say. Deliver on the measurable results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a member and officer of the Licensed Private Detectives Association of Massachusetts and we continually provide multiple levels of continuing education training for all of our members.
