- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have competitive industry standardized pricing that operates on an upfront flat-rate basis for labor with built in guarantees on workmanship. We offer a Homeowner friendly Prometheus Edge Membership that has a variety of benefits including discounted labor rates from 10-25% depending on the type of service requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer request a service(s), our office contacts customer to schedule a FREE virtual quote or an in-person evaluation service, customer approves the quote, office confirms service appointment time, our technician arrives at the customer's home during scheduled time of service, provides a final onsite evaluation, customer confirms and approves the service, technician performs the agreed service, technician tests all work performed, technician gives the guarantee on workmanship, finally, technician collects payment for the service(s) rendered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner has: over 20 years in the field of plumbing, Vocational Schooling for both Journeyman and Master Plumbing Programs, Graduated Plumbing TIER V and Master programs, Fully Licensed Massachusetts Master Plumber, National Drain and Sewer Training Certificate, Sewer Excavations, Specialized Jetter cleaning Training, Specialized Underground Non-Evasive Repair technologies, and state required continuing education of current Massachusetts Plumbing and Gas Code.
