Doug did a great job installing about 600sq feet of porecline tile in our basement. The cement floor in our basement was far from level, but this did not deter Doug! He said “I’ll just use a little extra thin set!”. He worked diligently and brought in other contractors from his network to get other aspects of our job done. He even refunded a small portion of money for some work that one of his sub-contractors did not finish completely. Overall a positive experience. Will be calling up doug when we are ready to renovate the bathroom!

Douglas did our bathroom vanity backsplash tiles today and he did a great job. I found him in thumbtack and he was very flexible with my schedule and did the job very professional. I was impressed with his dedication and work detail and totally recommend him!!

From my first conversation with Doug, he was immediately responsive, he came to our home as scheduled communicated from start to finish on how the project would go. He kept in constant communication with me with every little detail from educating on tiles finishings and other ideas to consider during the process from start to finish. I can’t tell how pleased we were with the timing and quality of his work!! Doug was so respectful and his honest demeanor made us even more comfortable as the project continued, we grew even more comfortable which lessened our previous worries on even taking this remodel because anything could have gone wrong. However, all went smoothly as planned. Doug and his team were extremely considerate and kept our home meticulously clean during and after the entire project. He even went as far as sending me pictures as he set us the tiles to make sure they were set up correctly. I could not have been happier when we saw the start of the final finishes I cried I was soo happy and had to call him to thank him! Here are some before during and after. I will post another update when our glass shower is installed. Thank you a million times over Doug!! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work!! Doug , I willl see you soon for our next home project 😊
