Ballroom Basics dance is a great! As they can help people with all talent-levels, my wife and I received lessons through Paul to help with our first wedding dance. As we both were horrendous dancers, Paul was able to teach us the basics and incorporate a more sophisticated style of dancing for our first dance. In total, it took us 4 dance lessons at 1 hour a piece. Paul was, most importantly, patient with us. He is a professional dancer with many accolades behind him. At times we got frustrated because were that bad but Paul incorporates his decades of expertise and teachings to make the transition flawless. Lastly, upon showing off our hard work at the wedding, we got ample compliments on how we “great dancers” we were. Thanks again, Paul!
Debi is wonderful; she's taken the anxiety out of my learning to dance and made it fun! I'd highly recommend her.
We first met Betty when a friend of ours gifted us two free dance lessons leading up to our wedding. Betty worked with us to put together a swing dance routine for our first dance over the course of four one hour lessons. Neither of us had ever taken dance lessons before, but under Betty's guidance we learned the basics of swing and a routine that we really enjoyed and felt comfortable with. Everyone at the wedding really loved our dance, and for months afterward people were still telling us how impressed they were. We enjoyed our time with Betty so much that we have continued our lessons with her and have had fun learning new styles like hustle and cha cha. Betty is very kind and a wonderful teacher and dancer. Her passion for dance is apparent in the enthusiasm she brings to every lesson. We would highly recommend Kitchen Dancing to anyone looking to learn dance for their wedding or just for fun!
Ian has been teaching our 7-8 year old private tap lessons for the last year. Our favorite thing about it is that Ian's talent really gives us the sense of infinite growth potential, but he still meets William at just the right level for that particular moment. Ian is very in tune with his students, and can adapt his style and curriculum until he gets the best response from his students. We also like that he is teaching some of the underlying music theory and history of tap, which William certainly wouldn't get in his normal dance classes. Ian makes a point to welcome us at every one of the Subject:Matter performances that we've gone to, which has made the whole family feel plugged into the larger Boston tap community. Ian has been easy to coordinate with and reliable, and we are looking forward to continuing to work with him!

I started taking lessons at The Dancing Feeling about six years ago expecting to learn some dance steps and get some exercise. Little did I know that very soon my whole life would change. The instructors were wonderful; so patient and encouraging. I soon went from a couple of group classes a week to private lessons as well; a perfect mix! The more I learned the more I wanted to learn. I then started competing which allowed for not only focusing on dance at a different level but also meeting lots of new friends and the opportunity to travel. The Dancing Feeling also offers a dance party each weekend where all levels of dancers are welcome. Whether you want to attend the dance parties, take group lessons, private lessons, compete, or any/all of the above, the Dancing Feeling offers it all! The friendships, experiences, and knowledge I have gained has been invaluable!
As a professional ballet dancer, I pay extra attention to the little details of technique and artistry. I go the extra mile to provide every resource possible for improvement, including stretching and strengthening exercises, videos of the top ballerinas in the current dance world, and advice on body management (nutrition, injury prevention, etc).
I teach dance lessons to all types of age groups and show them how to be woman while seeing the fun and experience. In dancing, I started this program last August 1 and I am gonna keep fighting with my team to improve and make a difference.

While most dance studios focus their attention on childrens and teens classes, our edge is our dedication to and understanding of adults busy schedules and specific needs. Since our classes are open to adults 18 and over, our classes do not mix adults with high school kids as other studios do. The StudioDCFA is as much a haven as a place to learn, explore, and exercise.

Dancing is my passion! There is nothing I would rather do. Choreographing, performing, working backstage or just watching, my passion is your gain. I do it for fun, not money! You can take advantage of my 37 years of dance training for an extremely low price.
I have been trained and dancing since third grade. I regularly tap in Boston, was a college hip-hop coach for two years, and studied dance at a performance school in Sydney.
There's a big reason why we'll be celebrating our 60th anniversary next year. We really care. We care about dance and teaching our students properly, of course, but we also care about our students and families. Come and see why people say, "There's no place like AMJ!"
I can provide you with lessons on ballet, tap, hip-hop, and jazz dance! If you need help with dance, whether it be stretching or getting back into the groove, I can help.

I give insightful personal attention to music and dance students seeking instruction. I work with carefully and kindly with those in need of remediation and updating of their math and English skills for school and/or work. I apply my knowledge of good grammar and my strong communicative skills to academic works seeking publication, in line with my own solid, ongoing publication record and that of my clients.
I'm a dancer, and I take classes as well because I believe that the more you learn, the better you get. There is no rush, as long as we're having fun, and you're learning .
When I started dancing, I was a complete newbie to both dance and music. I had never danced a single step in my life, had no idea what salsa music was like, and was in poor shape to boot. Over the years, salsa dancing has transformed my life and given me a tremendously positive outlet to pour my energy into. I want to share my love of dance with others, and also help provide them with the resources to further their own growth. To that end, I have a very technical and detailed approach to dance that came from my own trials and struggles as a complete beginner. When working with my students, I'm very attentive to their individual hiccups and strengths and try to focus on the latter while informing them about the former. I also never give up on a student! As long as they're willing, so am I.
