- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing sytem is very complicated, as it depends on the amount of time involved at the destination and the amount of time to travel to the destination as well. However we are happy to quote a price upon accepting a signing once we have an idea of what is involved and where we will be traveling. Also whether there will be any fax backs and how many pages.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Loan refinancing; loan applications; loan consolidations and loan restructuring. also at hospitals; rehabs and nursing homes we do many power of attorneys; living wills; and deeds,for people who are shut in and can't get out for services.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
As a Notary and not an attorney we are not allowed to give legal advice. As Notries we are commissioned by the State.We are required to make sure the person signing is in our presence and has proved to us to be the correct person to sign. Also today we carry Errors and Ommission insurance and Background checks. Many Notaries are also Bonded.
