- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All fees are included (house call, gas). Also included with some services are teeth brushing and conditioner. ask for more details..I offer rebooking and referral discounts. I also appreciate any gratuity. I accept cash or Venmo. Thank you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I specify to the client that I’m a house call not a mobile, I don’t own a van. I ask questions About the health about the pet and grooming history.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 weeks training in a grooming academy. Over 200 dogs groomed with supervision of higher management.
