- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be as competitive with my prices as possible without undercutting my competition. I charge $90 an hour for all service calls with a two hour minimum. For larger jobs... service changes, panel changes, generators, and other larger new work installations I have set prices that are comparable to my competitors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I don’t have a typical process to be honest, I try to adapt to my customers needs on an individual basis.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am fully licensed and insured by the state of Massachusetts
