My portable hard drive crashed with 85,000 files seemingly lost. I contacted Eric about potentially recovering them. He was moderately optimistic but was honest and made no promises. Working with a vendor, he was able to perform the miracle. Obviously I haven’t checked all 85,000 files yet, but those that have been checked look good. The process wasn’t cheap nor fast, but sometimes those things don’t matter so much. Most of the cost was for the vendor. Eric’s charges were very reasonable. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I give FREE estimates to everyone! I also do 99% of my jobs in the same day!!! If parts are needed I can usually have them next day!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I always let them know the cost and the process of the fix. I try to educate them on whats going on and he we can fix it so they don't go broke.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have many certifications in the IT field and have owned this store since 2007.
