I had an excellent experience with Neil and his team. I had used another company to water proof my basement with sump pumps this summer but was not happy with the experience, and was still getting water in the basement. Neil came the same day I called him after a big thaw out, and had a team clean up and dry out the basement right away. He then installed a French drain, being careful to identify all leaky areas and even extending the drain longer than we had originally discussed. He even attached hoses to my outdoor drain pipes to move water away from the house without me asking. His price was extremely reasonable and fair. I feel very lucky to have found Neil and highly recommend Water Stoppers.
