- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want a new customer to know what to expect from a move, and how the process works. As with any customer, I will answer any questions they have, and be available for any other information they may need during the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started doing this as a senior in college. At the end of senior year I was asked to be Operations Manager. Fast Forward 16 years...I'm told by numerous customers that I "made things less stressful" or I "put them at ease". When you impact the lives of enough people, sometimes it comes down to who you are as a person. Professionalism and experience are not all what matters, it's your values, adaptability, and the intangeables that make you a better product than the rest.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a senior in college needing to make ends meet. I applied in the fall, and by spring they were asking me to be operations manager!
