- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very competitive pricing. - Our prices include UNLIMITED photo activations & prints at every event we do. Most of our competitors put a limit on how many prints they're willing to offer. - We also NEVER charge a delivery fee. The delivery, setup & breakdown of our photo booths is included in the price you're quoted. - ALL of our bookings also include a full-time attendant at no additional charge. - We offer a 10% discount to Educators & Students. Mention your school affiliation during booking to receive the discount!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process consists of as much customization as possible. Each event is you unique to you & to us. After connecting with you, you'll receive our Pre-Event Questionnaire to help us understand your vision for the event you're hosting. Then, we'll curate a unique photo template for your event, discuss different filters and options to help add to the experience at your event. Finally, you'll approve every detail before your event to make sure we're matching your color scheme or theme seamlessly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owners have worked in the Photography/Videography field since high school. Together we have thousands of hours behind the lenses of many cameras.
