    Roberto was a god send to the ware café he pointed me in the right direction and helped me along the way I'm a computer illiterate person to some extent but he put me on the path with a new computer and gave me some really good knowledge on the ins & outs of it, he also set up our web site which is always a work in progress . can't say enough about Roberto he will not disappoint.

    The Town of Barre's Financial department needed an inexpensive means of sharing data, automated off-site backup as well as security and virus protection.     Service was done within a week and the work was quality. Mr. Torres was easy to get a hold of with any questions and was willing to explain his answers in a way that I could understand (no computer experience on my end). Would go back to Mr. Torres with any future computer issues.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My experience has taught me that I relate to a particular demographic. Medium to large businesses need a full marketing and development team, and that is NOT me. My services and fees are based on what I know I can deliver on which is: - One on one customer service - Quick delivery on projects - Simple and easy to use solutions I will recommend what works for YOU. Simple.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to learn about who I am working with. What their vision is and how I can help accomplish that vision.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lots of experience and training in this field working for Churches, Universities, Hospitals and Berkshire Hathaway owned businesses.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It's been a natural transition from hardware to software to design and development.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with non-profits, churches, locally owned businesses and service providers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check their references. See if working with them is productive and pleasant.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The best question to ask is; "Am I ready to get started?" If you are not ready, that's okay, doing some research and preparing is always a good thing.
