I assisted Kristin as a demonstrator in several of her news interviews, showing the public how some of her defensive tactics could be used against an aggressor. It is important to have a plan in place to respond in the event you are ever targeted by an aggressor, but more importantly there are proactive components to her training that could alter the way an aggressor will perceive you. Either way, whether this training will alter the aggressor's decision to target you in the first place, or whether it puts you in a better position to respond, the way I see it you just can't lose by taking the training.
